#94; frustrated.

My leg is improving slowly. Compared to last week, when I could barely walk on it, I can now walk for 15 minutes without pain. Anything more than that, and my calf starts to tighten up and ache. The physio has told me that 20 minute walks are best for now, with a few 50m runs within it, but nothing more than that.

I’ve eaten a lot of sugar, drunk a lot of coffee, and consumed very little water. Simply, I’m flailing when it comes to health because the part that brings me the most joy is out of reach at the moment. I can’t run. I can’t do Spartan Race. It’s just… GAH!

I’m alive.
I’m relatively healthy.
Just, over it.
