For the next six weeks, I’m using the ‘just six weeks’ programs for push ups, sit ups, tricep dips and squats. Today, I did the initial test. You can definitely see where my strength lies!
Push ups: 7
Sit ups: 11
Tricep dips: 17
Take THAT, squats! It’s probably to do with the fact that a gym instructor spent forever going over proper form of squats with me, and all the hill running I’ve done over the last year, making me able to show off in at least one department. Everywhere else, not so good.
You just wait.
It’ll get better.
Oh, and weigh in? 86kg. Not a happy number.
