#15; oh my!

I’ve trained three days in a row. That’s an achievement considering exactly how inconsistent I’ve been the last four weeks. I ran today and got my 5km time down from 50minutes to 46mins. I could do 5km in 46mins a few months ago but I stopped running and… well, yeah. I’m back where I was before! That’s an achievement, now the mission is to get that number down. It’s doable – very, very doable! 
I like me this way.
